At débeu, every bat is handcrafted with precision and care. We ensure your product reaches you securely and on time.


Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Customised or personalised bats may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order.


Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International: 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and order size.

  • For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or customs charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can use this information to track your shipment in real time.


Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, re-delivery may be arranged by the courier partner, subject to additional charges.


Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If damage is noticed after accepting the package, contact us within 48 hours with photographs, so we can assist you further.
