At débeu, every bat is handcrafted with care and precision. Because of the natural variation in willow and the performance expectations of cricket bats, we maintain a transparent and fair refund and return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unused bats in their original packaging.

• A request for return must be made within a minimum of 3 days and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.

• After 7 days, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Bats that show signs of usage (knocking-in, oiling, ball marks, etc.) cannot be returned.

• Natural blemishes, minor grains variations, or cosmetic marks in the willow are not considered defects.

• Customised or personalised bats are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

• If rejected, the bat will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be offered for eligible returns if stock is available.

• If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect at the time of delivery.
