Welcome to débeu. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products offered by débeu.
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”

2. Products

All bats are handcrafted from natural willow, and natural variations in grain, weight, and appearance are to be expected.
Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details for order fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.
débeu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty & Repairs (6-Month Coverage)

At débeu, we stand behind the quality of our bats. All English Willow and Kashmir Willow bats purchased directly from us come with a 6-month warranty under the following conditions:

Covered under warranty:

Horizontal face cracks or splits that suggest a structural issue in the willow.
Breakages or defects clearly arising from poor-quality wood.
Damage that occurs during normal cricket usage and not due to deliberate misuse.

Not covered under warranty:

Edge damage, toe damage, or cracks from yorkers (common in natural willow usage).
Damage caused by water, improper knocking-in, or excessive oiling.
Breakages due to deliberate misuse, overuse, or use against inappropriate balls (e.g., synthetic/hard balls not suited for the bat).

If your bat meets the criteria, we will offer either a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion. To raise a warranty claim, please contact us at daman@debeu.in with pictures of the damage and proof of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handcrafted bats, returns are only accepted for unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for natural wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes in willow.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty on arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

débeu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and product names displayed on this website belong to débeu and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karanataka.
